On 28 July, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB), Sergio Vieira de Mello Center, welcomed MG Alexandre Oliveira CANTANHEDE Lago, Director of Military Technical Education (DETMIL, acronym in Portuguese) accompanied by an entourage. This activity is due to the first visit (VSE, acronym in Portuguese) as part of the Educational Supervision Program of 2021.

Cascavel City (Brazil) – From June 28 to July 9, 2021, the 1st Brazilian Training Course of the most recent Platoon introduced by the United Nations in the organization of a Peace Mission Infantry Battalion took place. The two-week activity was conducted by the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB), in compliance with the most modern concepts and techniques of specialized instructions for peace operations.
Cascavel (PR) - On 5 and 6 July, 315 soldiers from the PKF Mechanized Infantry Battalion (Mech Inf Bn - PKF) took part in the UN Pre-Deployment Basic Field Exercise (EBOP, acronym in Portuguese), company level. The activities were held at the facilities of the 33 Mechanized Infantry Battalion (33 Mech Inf Bn) and at the Show Rural area in Cascavel.
