Entebbe (Uganda) - From 23 August to 03 September 2021, MAJ Rodrigo Berbert Eiras, from the Brazilian Army, instructor at the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center - Sergio Vieira de Mello Center, took part in the UN Military Intelligence Officer Course, whose aim is to receive training to deliver a posteriori the Reiforcement Training Material (RTM) of the Military Peacekeeping Intelligence.
Rio de Janeiro, RJ. From 11 to 17 July 2021, an entourage from the UN Secretariat (DPO and DOS) carried out, in Cascavel (PR) and São Gabriel (RS), the Assessment and Advisory Visit (AAV), in order to evaluate, within the ambit of the Army Command, the operational readiness of the PKF Inf Bn and the QRF - both from the 15th Mechanized Infantry Brigade, as well as of the PKF Eng Coy, from the Engineering Group IV.
Rio de Janeiro (RJ) - From 02 August to 03 September 2021, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center - Sergio Vieira de Mello Center, a Brazilian Army Educational Organization, carried out the UN Mine Action Course (UNMAC) in order to prepare military personnnel to work as instructors, monitors and international advisors, when it comes to humanitarian demining under the aegis of the Organization of the American States (OAS).

On 1 and 2 September 2021, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center - Sergio Vieira de Mello Center, a Brazilian Army Educational Organization supervised by the Department of Military Technical Education, took part, by means of VTC, in the UN Peacekeeping Ministerial Preparatory Meeting III.

On 30 August 2021, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB), Sergio Vieira de Mello Center - a Brazilian Army Educational Organization, supervised by the Department of Military Technical Education (DETMIL, acronym in Portuguese) - welcomed, for the first time ever, Major General José Oiticica Moreira - the 2nd Technical Deputy-Director of the Brazilian Army Directorate of Health Affairs.
Rio de Janeiro (RJ) - On 27 August 2021, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center - Sergio Vieira de Mello Center, an educational organization under the guidance of the Department of Military Technical Education, welcomed Dr. Ricardo Oliveira, a professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and an educational coordinator at the Brazilian Research Network on Peace Operations (REBRAPAZ).
