Manaus (AM) – Entre os dias 17 a 28 de setembro, uma equipe do Centro Conjunto de Operações de Paz do Brasil (CCOPAB) – Centro Sergio Vieira de Mello – se deslocou para a cidade de Manaus, no Amazonas, para realizar a Instrução para Preparação de Unidades Aéreas (IPUNAER) para Operações de Paz.
Em 1º de outubro, o Centro Conjunto de Operações de Paz do Brasil (CCOPAB) deu início a fase presencial do Estágio de Preparação para Missão de Paz (EPMP) 2018/2. O EPMP tem por finalidade capacitar militares das Forças Armadas e Auxiliares a desempenhar as funções de Oficial de Estado-Maior, de Observador Militar e de Policial das Nações Unidas, nas Operações de Manutenção da Paz, sob a égide da Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU).
O Centro Conjunto de Operações de Paz do Brasil (CCOPAB) deu início, em 17 de setembro de 2018, à 1ª fase do Estágio de Preparação para Missão de Paz (EPMP) 2018/2, realizada na modalidade de Educação a Distância (EAD), por meio do Portal da Educação do Exército Brasileiro.
Between August 13 and September 13, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB, acronym in Portuguese) carried out the Military Translators and Interpreters Course (ETMil,acronym in Portuguese). The attendees were 2nd Sergeant DANIEL GONÇALVES DA SILVA, from the 9th Motorized Infantry Brigade and 3rd Sergeant ALINE MARQUES LOPES DO AMARAL, from the 57th Motorized Infantry Battalion.
On September 5, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB, acronym in Portuguese) received the visit of members of the Colombian War College. Major General (Air Force) Fernando Leon Losada Montoya, chief of the delegation, along with Colonel (Air Force) Lincoln Marcel Parada Galvis, Air Force military attaché in Brazil and a delegation of 60 students were hosted by Colonel Machado, CCOPAB's Commander, and other officers.
Rio de Janeiro (RJ) - Between August 27 and 31, the Brazilian Peace Operations Training Center (CCOPAB, acronym in Portuguese) delivered Preparation Instructions for Commanders and Joint Staff (IPCOEM, acronym in Portuguese) and for Commanders of Sub Units, Platoons and Combat Groups (IPCOSUPELGC, acronym in Portuguse) for the Military Police Peace Force Company (Cia PE F Paz, acronym in Portuguese), that is to be available for the United Nations Peacekeeping Capability Readiness System (UNPCRS).
