On September 05, the Brazilian Peacekeeping Operations Joint Center (CCOPAB) participated in the civic military parade through sponsored by the command of the 1st Brazilian Army Division / Vila Militar. Besides military personnel serving at CCOPAB, there were representatives from the Brazilian Association of Former Members of the Suez Battalion and from the Association of Former Members of the Brazilian Detachment (FAIBRAS).
On September 4, Capt (Navy) Yannick Rest visited the Brazilian Peacekeeping Operations Joint Center (CCOPAB). Colonel Baganha, CCOPAB Commander, welcomed the attaché and delivered the institutional presentation of the Center. Lieutenant Colonel Mangez, from the French Army, presently working at CCOPAB, chaperoned the attaché.
On September 2, Col Marian Evans, current British Defense Attaché, and Col Simon Hindmarsh, her substitute, visited the Brazilian Peacekeeping Operations Joint Center (CCOPAB). The purpose of the visit was to carry out a farewell to Col Marian and present the new attaché.
On 29 August 13, the Brazilian Peacekeeping Operations Joint Center carried out the parade for the pledge of allegiance of the non-professional privates to the Brazilian National Flag. On that opportunity, medals were awarded to some of the military personnel of the Center. The ceremony was headed by COLONEL LUIZ FERNANDO ESTORILHO BAGANHA, CCOPAB Commander.
On August 29, the Brazilian Peacekeeping Operations Joint Center (CCOPAB) granted the request of Instruction Cooperation (PCI) coming from the 1st (Army) Military Police Battalion (1ºBPE). At this opportunity, 14 (fourteen) military personnel were welcomed by CCOPAB Commander, Colonel Baganha, and afterwards, 1 LT Godói lectured on Law of the (Army) Military Police Specialization Course, presenting the International Law (Aims of the 1st, 3rd and 4th Geneva Convention)
On August 28, there was a meeting with the military conductors and musicians, as well as with the Armed and Auxiliaries Forces' representatives, to present the Sound of Peace project developed by the Brazilian Peacekeeping Operations Joint Center.
