On 26 October, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB, acronym in Portuguese) started the pre-deployment advanced field exercise (EAOP, acronym in Portuguese) in the city of Santa Maria, the last phase of the preparation of BRABAT 21. The exercise will be held from 26 to 31 October and it involves 91 soldiers from CCOPAB and 1200 from BRABAT 21 (888 soldiers from the Army, 244 from the Navy, 34 from the Air Force, 31 from Paraguay, 2 from Canada and 1 from Peru).
On this third day, 29 October, the pre-deployment advanced field exercise of the Brazilian Engineering Company, in the city of Natal, the troops took part in several activities as the following: ship transportation of earthworks equipment, aiming to test the capabilities of the engineering detachment, and monthly payment withdrawal, focusing on security measures.
On 28 october, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB, acronym in Portuguese) continued the pre-deployment advanced field exercise(EAOP, acronym in Portuguese) of the 21st Contingent of the Brazilian Engineering Company (BRAENGCOY), in the city of Natal.On this second day, there were several practical activities as: boat patrol, personnel transportation, water delivery and activation of the contingency plan in case of calamities.
On 27 october, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB, acronym in Portuguese) started the pre-deployment advanced field exercise (EAOP, acronym in Portuguese) of the 21st Contingent of the Brazilian Engineering Company (BRAENGCOY), in the city of Natal.
On 26 October, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB, acronym in Portuguese) carried out, in the city of Santa Maria, the initial meeting of the pre-deployment advanced field exercise (EAOP, acronym in Portuguese), the last phase of the preparation of BRABAT 21.
On 24 October, in the auditorium of the 7th Combat Engineering Battalion, the direction of the pre-deployment advanced field exercise - CCOPAB - carried out a meeting with the Eng Coy which is integrating the 21st Brazilian Contingent in the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH).
