In the morning of June 9, having the presence of Major General Henrique Martins Nolasco Sobrinho, commander of School Support Group/9th Motorized Infantry Brigade, and of several other unit commanders of Vila Militar, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB), carried out the ceremony of its 4th Anniversary of Creation.
VILA MILITAR, RJ - On May 30, another edition of UN MilObs/Staff Officer/ Police Officer Courses (EPMP) came to an end with a ceremony to deliver the certificates. The course lasted for ten weeks, from which the last four were carried out at the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB) and given in the English language, since knowing this language is a fundamental requirement for the ones participating in this kind of UN mission.

VILA MILITAR, RJ – In the morning of May 16, 2014, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB) delivered the berets to the soldiers of 2014. Their families were present at the ceremony in which they ended another cycle in their military formation. Mr. Jonas Farias de Souza, Private Farias' father, expressed the happiness to see his son serving the Army, especially at CCOPAB: "It's gratifying to know that my son is in good hands. I fully trust the Army and know that he will mature and become a more responsible citizen. Knowing what CCOPAB means to Brazil, makes us even happier".
In the morning of May 15, the Under Chief of the Operational Logistics of the Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant General Álvaro Gonçalves Wanderley visited the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB).
