During the fourth day, the apprentices of the Course for Unit Commanders and Staff (EPCOEM) of the 19th Brazilian Battalion (BRABAT) the apprentices attended lectures by former members of BRABAT, who reported their experience during their missions.
During the fourth day of the Course for Military Translators and Interpreters (ETIMil) of the 19th Brazilian Battalion (BRABAT) and the 19th Brazilian Engineering Company (BRAENCOY), the students participated in a series of workshops. The appointees of the French language participated in the following activities: "Workshop on Portuguese-to-French Translation" and "Workshop on Oral Comprehension" with Professor Ms Michele; "Workshop on Oral Proficiency" and "Workshop on Technical Translation" with Professor Dr Diogo; and "Workshop on Stress Management Techniques" with Major Claudia Brito.
On August 7, the apprentices of the Course for Unit Commanders and Staff (EPCOEM) of the Brazilian Marines Company (GptOpFuzNav) of the 19th Brazilian Battalion (BRABAT) were introduced to the possibilities and limitations of the Marines Company, of BRABAT and of the UNPOL. These topics were presented respectively by Captain (Marines) Lino, Colonel Rogério Rozas and Major Robson (Military Police of the State of Pernambuco).

These topics were presented respectively by Captain (Marines) Lino, Colonel Rogério Rozas and Major Robson (Military Police of the State of Pernambuco). Still in that morning, former members from BRABAT 1-17 presented their best practices from the mission in Haiti.

In the morning, the French language appointees participated in the following activities: Technical Translation and a Lecture on "Peculiarities of the local language of the mission (Crèole)", by Captain Vilas Boas; and a Workshop on Note Taking Techniques, by Captain Israel. In the afternoon, the Workshops were about "Consecutive Interpretation" e "Simultaneous Interpretation", by Captin Béraud.

Still in that morning, guided studies have been started under the direction of Captain Crispim.
