Brasília (DF) and Campo Grande (MS). From 19 to 31 July, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center - Sergio Vieira de Mello Center - sent a Mobile Training Team (MTT) to the Garrisons of Brasília (DF) and Campo Grande (MS), in order to contribute with the preparation of the 9th Contingent of the Humanitarian and Logistic Task Force (ACOLHIDA Operation).

Manaus (AM), Boa Vista and Pacaraima (RR) - From 12 to 18 July, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center - Sergio Vieira de Mello Center - carried out a recce in the regions of Manaus, Boa Vista and Pacaraima, before sending the Mobile Training Team (MTT) to support the preparation of the 9th Contingent of the Humanitarian and Logistic Task Force (ACOLHIDA Operation).

Rio de Janeiro (RJ) – From 06 to 09 July, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center - Sergio Vieira de Mello Center - sent three members of the Division of Education and Training to the Engineering Training Center (CIEng, acrornym in Portuguese), a facility of the 2nd Railway Battalion, in Araguari-MG, so to prepare and plan the Mine Action Course to be held on the second week of August.

Rio de Janeiro – As per Ordinance Nr 143, of 10 May 2016, from the Army General Staff Office, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center, Sergio Vieira de Mello Center, inaugurated the office of the Command Adjutant. Currently, WO (Eng) Jacirclei Câmara Azevedo holds this position.

CCOPAB delivers instruction on C-34

Rio de Janeiro, RJ - On 07 July, MAJ (Air Force Pilot) Henrique Santos, Chief of the Doctrine Division at the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center, delivered a lecture for the members of CCOPAB on the 2020 latest session of the United Nations Special Committee on Peacekeeping, known as C-34, regarding PKO progress review and proposals.
