On 24 October, in the auditorium of the 7th Combat Engineering Battalion, the direction of the pre-deployment advanced field exercise - CCOPAB - carried out a meeting with the Eng Coy which is integrating the 21st Brazilian Contingent in the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH).
On 23 October, the commander of the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB), Colonel José Ricardo Vendramin Nunes, chaired the opening meeting for the works of the direction of the pre-deployment advanced field exercise (EAOP, acronym in Portuguese), to be held in the city of Natal-RN, from 27 to 31 October.
24 October 1945 offically marks the entry into force of the UN Charter. Since 1948, the day has been celebrated as United Nations Day. The UN General Assembly recommends that the day be observed by Member States as a public holiday.
On October 22nd, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB) received the visit of the Namibian Army Commander, General Tomas Nopoudyuu Hamunyela, accompanied by his delegation.The visit of the General focused on knowing about the activities of CCOPAB.
On October 20th, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB) received the visit of the ambassador of the Republic of Fiji - Cama Tuiqilaqila Tuiloma. The visit of the diplomat focused on potential forms of binational cooperation regarding the preparation for Peace Operations.
