In the morning of October 9, 2015, there was the closing of the Experts on Mission Course (EPMP, acronym in Portuguese) in the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB). The Course was divided into three phases: the first, online; the second, on site at the Personnel Studies Center; and the third, also on site, carried out at CCOPAB. This last phase took place from Sept 14 to Oct 09.
From August 28 to October 1, in the Brasil 21 Convention Center, in Brasília, there was the Annual Conference of the International Association of Peacekeeping Centers - 21st IAPTC. The event, promoted by the Ministry of Defense, gathered 200 participants, who were representing 52 countries, to discuss subjects related to activities in Peace Operations.
On Sept 28, 2015, leaders from over 50 countries gathered for the UN Peace Operations Summit, bringing the promise of new commitment and strengthening of the already existing capacities.
On October 5, 2015, a delegation of the Vietnam Peacekeeping Center, headed by its director, Colonel Hoang Kim Phung, visited the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB), to know the work developed by CCOPAB.

The event, which is promoted by the Brazilian Ministry of Defence, by means of the Brazilian Army, has gathered over 200 participants who represent 52 countries in the discussions about topics referring to the activities of Peace Operations.
Rio de Janeiro (RJ) - The ceremony to award the certificates this Friday represented the end of the 2015 Civil-Military Coordination (CIMIC) Course, which prepared the 23rd CONTBRAS/MINUSTAH (Infantry Battalion, Engineering Company and Marines Company) for the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti.
