CCOPAB ends the second phase of the Military Experts on Mission Course 2016.2

Vila Militar (RJ) – On 28 October 2016, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB, acronym in Portuguese) ended the second phase of the Military Experts on Mission Course (EPMP, acronym in Portuguese). This phase lasted for four weeks and prepared the military personnel to be able to communicate in English, by learning general and technical vocabulary, regarding the activities carried out by military personnel working as UN MILOBS and UN Staff Officers. At the end of this phase, the students had to take the English Language Proficiency Examination (ELPE) at this Center. As of 31 October, the military students will begin the third phase of the Military Experts on Mission Course, which aims to technically prepare them to perform their different roles in several UN PKOs.
