The last day of the international course on Supporting Humanitarian Action in Responding to Emergencies and Disasters

Rio de Janeiro (RJ) – The certification ceremony held last Thursday 31 March, represented the end of the first course on Supporting Humanitarian Action in Responding to Emergencies and Disasters (SHARED) in Latin America. On the last day, the students were submitted to an exercise with questions about safe environment, how to obtain humanitarian aid, quick impact projects, protection of civilians, best practices and lessons learned. Thirty-one people took part in the course among military and civilians from Brazil, Portugal, Colombia, Chile, Paraguay and Ecuador.
