Members of the Brazilian Battalion (BRABAT) take part in EPCOEM
Rio de Janeiro - From February 1 to 5, members of the Brazilian Battalion (24th Contingent) took part in the training carried out by the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB, acronym in Portuguese).
The activity allowed the integration and exchange of knowledge between members of BRABAT 22 and BRABAT 24, the next battalion to take over the mission. It was also possible not only to deepen specific knowledge related to the United Nations, but also to address issues concerning the accomplishment of the battalion's mission in its area of responsibility in Haiti, which is one of the key points of the Brazilian efficiency in this country.
