On this unique day, celebrating 4 years of creation of the distinguished Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center, allow me to give you, as well as to all the other members of this Center, my sincere congratulations on this anniversary and reaffirm, at this time, all the satisfaction and proud of France to participate in this great unity at service to the world peace, contributing to a fraternal spirit that unites our Armed Forces for a better interaction, towards peace among nations.
