CCOPAB holds a seminar on Lessons Learned
On December 4 and 5, the Brazilian Peacekeeping Operations Joint Center (CCOPAB) held in its facilities the 2013's Seminar on Lessons Learned. The event counted only on the participation of officers and non-commissioned officers serving at the Center.
The seminar's objectives were the analysis of the main lessons taken from the different activities abroad by personnel from CCOPAB during the year 2013 in order to enhance the development of the courses offered by the Center and to disseminate that knowledge among the course participants.
During the event there were doctrine-based presentations and lectures related to the experience some military personnel serving at CCOPAB acquired in the activities they had had abroad. At the end of the seminar, the military personnel were divided into groups in order to discuss the suggestions arisen and to adapt them to the courses given by the Center.
