Farewell to CCOPAB’s Deputy Commander
On October 18, the personnel from the Brazilian Peacekeeping Operations Joint Center (CCOPAB) gave their farewell to their Deputy Commander Lieutenant Colonel (Brazilian Air Force) Salomão Pereira da Silva.
The farewell ceremony was held at the auditorium of Sergio Vieira de Mello Cultural Facilities and counted on the presentation of the music band from the Air Force Base of Campo dos Afonsos. Lt. Col. Salomão was commissioned to the General Staff of the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH) as the Chief of MPIO.
CCOPAB's Command thanks Lt. Col. Salomão in the accomplishment of his function as the Center's deputy commander and wishes him success in his new commission! Integration!
