CCOPAB instructor participates in international training in France

Paris (France) - From 16 to 27 May 2022, Captain Thiago Finizola, instructor at the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB, acronym in Portuguese) took part in the Training of Trainers (ToT) of United Nations Peacekeeping Operations.

In this 5th edition, the Course was held in the French Military School (École Militaire), with the participation of 26 students from 16 nations. Taught in French, the ToT aims to prepare instructors in different areas of Peacekeeping Operations, as Staff Officers and Military Observers, using course materials and pedagogical procedures developed by the UN.

The participation of CCOPAB in the Course was of great importance, contributing to the continuous training of the teaching staff and to the international projection of the Center, in line with its vision of the future - being an international reference in promoting excellence in the preparation of human resources to peacekeeping and humanitarian demining missions.
