On 30 April 2021, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB), Sergio Vieira de Mello Center, an educational military organization of the Brazilian Army, supervised by the Department of Military Technical Education (DETMIL, acronym in Portuguese), welcomed Major General Rodrigo Pereira VERGARA, DETMIL Director. The aim of the activity was to carry out the last official visit of MG Vergara to CCOPAB.

Rio de Janeiro (RJ) - From 19 to 30 April, along with the UNSO, UNMO and UNPOL courses, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center - Sergio Vieira de Mello Center, an educational military organization of the Brazilian Army, under the supervison of the Department of Military Technical Education, delivered the second edition of the Comprehensive Protection of Civilians Course/CPoC, aiming at training military and police personnel to hold positions regarding POC in UN PKOs.
