CCOPAB certifies the 24th Brazilian Engineering Company (BraEngCoy)
Aquidauana (MS) - On 06 May, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB) carried out the After Action Review (AAR) of the UN Pre-deployment Advanced Field Exercise (EAOP). This EAOP was developed for the Brazilian Engineering Company (BRAENGCOY) that will compose the 24th Brazilian Contingent for the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH). The AAR aims to spread the opportunities of improvement and stress the best practices of the Engineering Platoon and the Staff level.
Colonel José Diderot Fonseca Júnior, Commander of the 9th Combat Engineering Battalion (9º BE Cmb) , Colonel Carlos Augusto Ramires Teixeira, CCOPAB Commander and Director of EAOP and Lieutenant Colonel Renato Farias Bazi, Commander of BRAENGCOY-24 attended the AAR.
In the ceremony, the Engineering Platoons and the Staff Officers received from Colonel Ramires a certification that BRAENGCOY-24 is apt to be deployed to MINUSTAH, as required by the United Nations.
