The 21st Annual Conference of the International Peacekeeping Training Centres - 21st IAPTC started out on this Monday, Sept 28th 2015. The event, which is promoted by the Brazilian Ministry of Defence, by means of the Brazilian Army, has gathered over 200 participants who represent 52 countries in the discussions about topics referring to the activities of Peace Operations.
