CCOPAB delivers another edition of the UN DPO Job Applicants Training Course

Rio de Janeiro (RJ) - From 30 November to 03 December, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center - Sergio Vieira de Mello Center - carried out the UN DPO Job Applicants Training Course (EPC DPO, acronym in Portuguese), second edition of 2020.

The course aimed at improving the cognitive and emotional skills of candidates by means of lectures, mentoring and coaching activities such as the simulated Competency-Based Interviews (CBI), in order to enable applicants to better run for positions at UN DPO, in New York - USA.

As the course was delivered in English, all students could experience the challenges they are supposed to face during the selection process, mainly practicing CBI and written test techniques.

Five Brazilian Army officers successfully completed the training course.
