CCOPAB carries out PKO in Logistics and Reimbursement Course
Rio de Janeiro (RJ) - From May 27 to 31, CCOPAB – the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center – Sergio Vieira de Mello Center – carried out PKO Logistics and Reimbursement Course (ELROP, acronym in Portuguese).
The objective of this course is to train military personnel to occupy positions related to the logistics of PKOs under the responsibility of the United Nations. Among the activities, the students received logistical and reimbursement instructions in the UN environment, as well as specific instructions on personnel, material and financial management.
The ELROP was successfully completed by 35 students, 5 from the Navy, 23 from the Army, 4 from the Air Force, and 3 officers from friendly nations: 1 from Argentina, 1 from Chile and 1 from Peru.
