CCOPAB carries out 2018 Pedagogical Brush-up Course

Between February 19 and 22, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB, acronym in Portuguese) carried out the Pedagogical Brush-up Course (EstAp, acronym in Portuguese), level II for its instructors.

The main purpose of the Course was to refresh, expand and improve the pedagogical knowledge which is necessary for instructors and monitors, so that better outcomes of the teaching process may be achieved. The updating and standardization of procedures and knowledge on doctrine in Peace Missions were part of the Course’s goals as well.

Besides aiming at learning outcomes, the schedule covered lectures that gave rise to integration and exchange of experiences among the experts in the array of activities held by the Center. The Course counted on the support of experienced military lecturers in the addressed subjects, besides representatives of the academia.
