CCOPAB participates in ITS/DPKO pilot project

From 8 to 12 May, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB, acronym in Portuguese) participated in the pilot project of the Integrated Training Service / Department of Peacekeeping Operations (ITS/DPKO). The aim of the project was to train instructors on the new Protection of Civilians Course as well as to enable them to share the updated content in their own countries.

The training was held at the United Nations Regional Service Center, in Entebbe. The Brazilian representative was Lieutenant Colonel Candian, Chief of the Education and Training Division of CCOPAB.
