1st and 2nd day of the assessment of the Advanced Exercises for Peacekeeping Operations - BRAENGCOY - Aquidauana
Aquidauana (MS) - The Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB) started the incidents that are part of the UN Pre-deployment Advanced Field Exercise (EAOP) of the 24th Contingent of the Brazilian Engineering Company (BRAENGCOY) on 02 May.
Throughout these days, CCOPAB has evaluated the Company and its reaction to the simulation of situations likely to be found in Haiti, such as street blockades, static point and boat patrol, etc.
EAOP will finish on 05 May, when 24th BRAENGCOY will receive from Colonel Carlos Augusto Ramires Teixeira, CCOPAB Commander and Director of EAOP, the certification for being apt to be deployed to the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH, acronym in French).
