CCOPAB MTT delivers UN Staff Officers Course at ESMAI in Colombia
Bogota (Colombia) – On 10 June 2015, the UN Staff Officer Course (UNSOC) started at the Escuela de Misiones Internacionales y Acción Integral(ESMAI). The course is delivered by the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint training Center (CCOPAB) Mobile Training Team (MTT), whose components are 01 Brazilian Navy Officer, 03 Brazilian Army Officers and 01 French Army Officer. The purpose of the course is to prepare officers to work as staff officers in UN peace missions. Junior and senior officers are taking part in the course: 03 from the Colombian Navy, 21 from the National Army and 02 from the Colombian Air Force. Moreover, there is 01 Civilian professor from ESMAI at the course, which is to last for ten days.
