Land Operations Commander visits CCOPAB
On July 21, General Eduardo Dias da Costa Villas Bôas, Land Operations Commander (COTER, acronym in Portuguese), visited CCOPAB.
Colonel José Ricardo Vendramin Nunes, CCOPAB Commander, presented his officers, the center's mission and its organizational structure, the strength of each Armed Force in the Center, a brief view of the courses offered by the center as well as future expectations. Afterwards, General Villas Bôas visited the center's facilities.
At the opportunity, the General highlighted the importance of Peace Operations for being the great current vector of transformation of the Brazilian Army and for the practical exercise of the interoperability among the Armed Forces.
The event had the presence of Lieutenant General Luiz Eduardo Ramos Batista Pereira, Commander of the 1st Army Division.
