Military officers of EAOAR visit CCOPAB
On April 1 and 3, the Brazilian Peacekeeping Operations Joint Center (CCOPAB) honored an Instruction Cooperation Request (PCI) from the Air Force Officers Advanced School (EAOAR). At this time, more than 100 student officers were welcomed by CCOPAB Commander, Colonel Jose Ricardo Vendramin Nunes. Col Vendramin presented CCOPAB's mission and organizational structure, a brief view of the courses offered by the center as well as future expectations.
Afterwards, Lieutenant Commander Francesconi gave a lecture on "UN Peace Missions". At the end, the student officers visited the exhibitions "Peace Missions", "Sport, Development and Peace" and "Rondon, the Marshal of the Peace" in the Sergio Vieira de Mello Cultural Facility.
