On September 23, the Brazilian Peacekeeping Operations Joint Center started off the Course for Military Experts on Mission, Staff Officers and UNPOL (EPMP). The aim of EPMP is to enable the military and police personnel to perform functions as Staff Officers, Military Observers and United Nations Police (UNPOL)
The course is composed of military personnel coming from all parts of Brazil, including, police officers, firefighters and foreign officers. All the instructions are delivered in English, following UN guidelines since they will work in a multicultural environment.
