Major McCarthy made a brief presentation regarding his home country, and concerning two special dates for that Friendly Nation – the 18th and the 19th of September. Those two Chilean national holidays celebrate respectively the 1810's Government Junta of Chile, i.e., the genesis of the independence of that country, and the Glories of the Chilean Army.
