Closing activities of the Staff Exercise of the Course for Staff Officers (EPMP)
On June 13, the Brazilian Peacekeeping Operations Joint Center (CCOPAB) held for the first time the Exercise of Command Post of the United Nations Staff Officer Course – UNSOC, as part of the Course for Staff Officers (EPMP) offered by the Center.
During the exercise, the students could take over functions of Staff members from a military component in a peacekeeping operations scenario, and decide on the situations presented by the instructors.
The Exercise followed all recommendations and guidelines as issued by the United Nations' Department of Peacekeeping Operations (DPKO/UN).
