First week of the Training – Third day
On April 17, the students started the third day with presentations of subjects from the UN Core Pre-deployment Training Material (CPTM). During the instructions the students were presented the following topics: Working with Mission Partners; International Law Relevant to Peacekeeping Operations; Human Rights Protection in UN Peacekeeping Operations; Women, Peace and Security; Protection of Children; Conduct and Discipline; Consequences of Misconduct and Sexual Exploitation and Abuse.
After each presentation, the students received feedback from the facilitators about their performance concerning the methodology and relevance of the subjects, application of the means of instruction, depth of knowledge etc.
