3rd Day of the Course for Military Translators and Interpreters
During the third day of the Course for Military Translators and Interpreters (acronym in Portuguese: ETIMil), the apprentices of the English language had instructions concerning the contrast of Portuguese and English languages through the analysis of the documents produced in the mission. They practiced consecutive interpretation of lectures in English and in Portuguese and had a feedback of their translation practice. The apprentices of the French language had instructions on the practice of consecutive and simultaneous interpretation, an analysis of the interpretations they performed and some practice of translation to and from French.
