CCOPAB celebrates Mother´s Day
Rio de Janeiro (RJ) – On 12 May 2023, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB) celebrated Mother’s Day, in a ceremony held in the Hall of Former Commanders, which paid tribute to the mothers who are staff members of the Center, civil servants and students of the UNSO, UNMO and UNPOL courses (EPMP).
The honorees received compliments from the Commander and from the other CCOPAB officers, as well as thanks for their invaluable contribution, in their different areas of activity, so that the “Home of the Peacekeepers” be a reference in education, either in Brazil and or all over the world.
On that occasion, not only did CCOPAB celebrate the female presence in the Armed Forces, but also praised, above all, the increasing participation of women in the most diverse sectors of our society; especially mothers, who, in a dual role, dedicate themselves to their professions, but also strive daily to raise and care for their children.
