CCOPAB welcomes the Guatemalan visiting delegation
Rio de Janeiro (RJ) – On 09 November 2022, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB) received a visit from a delegation composed of instructors and students of the Command and General Staff Course (CCEM, acronym in Spanish) of the Guatemalan Army Higher Education Command (COSEDE, acronym in Spanish).
During the visit, the entourage had the opportunity to know the activities carried out by CCOPAB, when it comes to the training of military, police and civilian personnel, from Brazil and friendly nations, designated to peace missions and humanitarian demining missions; in addition to the training of contingents for the Humanitarian and Logistic Task Force (Operation ACOLHIDA) as well as the preparation of troops for the United Nations Peacekeeping Capability Readiness System (UNPCRS).
Also, the delegation had the opportunity to follow some ongoing instructional activities of the UNSO, UNMO and UNPOL Courses (EPMP, acronym in Portuguese), offered at CCOPAB.
