CCOPAB welcomes the Brazilian Army Strategic Studies International Course from ECEME
Rio de Janeiro (RJ) - On 12 September 2022, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB) welcomed a delegation from the Brazilian Army Strategic Studies International Course (BASSIC), from the Brazilian Army Command and General Staff College (ECEME).
During the visit, the entourage had the opportunity to know the activities carried out by CCOPAB, when it comes to the preparation of military, police and civilian personnel, from Brazil and friendly nations, designated to peace operations and humanitarian demining missions; in addition to the training of contingents for the Humanitarian and Logistic Task Force (Operation ACOLHIDA) as well as the preparation of troops for the United Nations Peacekeeping Capability Readiness System (UNPCRS).
The entourage was composed of two ECEME instructors and nine officers from friendly nations as Egypt, Guatemala, Guyana, Nigeria, and United Arab Emirates.
