CCOPAB Commander delivers lecture at ECEME
Rio de Janeiro (RJ) – On 23 February 2022, Colonel Carlos Alberto Moutinho Vaz, Commander of the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB), delivered a lecture on “Military Diplomacy”, as part of the instruction cooperation program, at the Brazilian Army Command and General Staff School (ECEME).
The target audience was of senior officers of the Brazilian Army, students of the 1st year of the Command and General Staff Course and of the Military Engineers Direction Course. In addition, there were students of the Command and General Staff Course for foreign senior officers from the following friendly nations: Chile, Germany, Guatemala, Mexico, Namibia, Paraguay, Suriname, United States of America, and Uruguay. Besides, ECEME instructors also attended the activity.
The lecture was part of the module of International Relations and it was followed by a debate on the topic. At that moment, it was possible to foster and deepen discussions on the subject matter.
