CCOPAB supports the training of the 13th Contingent of Operation ACOLHIDA

Recife-PE and Belém-PA - From 17 to 21 January 2022, a Mobile Training Team (MTT) from the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB) supported the preparation of the 13th Contingent of Operation Acolhida, consisting of troops from the Northeastern Military Command (CMNE) and the Northern Military Command (CMN).

CCOPAB instructors delivered theoretical and practical instructions, seeking to simulate the existing conditions and the work to be carried out by contingent members in the main structures of the Operation: the Shelters, the Reception and Support Post, the Interiorization and Screening Post, and the Interiorization Coordination Center.

The activities were carried out at the facilities of the 4th Army Police Battalion and the 2nd Jungle Infantry Battalion, with the unrestricted support of those units. At the end of the instructions, CCOPAB team trained nearly 300 soldiers from the Northeastern Military Command and 200 from the Northern Military Command (CMN).
