Director of the United Nations Information Center visits CCOPAB
On May 7, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center (CCOPAB, acronym in Portuguese) received the visit of Mr. Maurizio Giuliano, Director of the United Nations Information Center in Rio de Janeiro (UNIC-Rio). The goal of the visit was to promote a greater interaction of information between CCOPAB and UNIC-Rio, as well as to strengthen the cooperation bonds and go over the current challenges concerning peace missions. The celebration of the International Day of United Nations Peacekeepers, which will be celebrated next May 30 at the Training Center, was also one of the discussed topics.
