Preparatory Course for Commanders and Staff Officers 2012 - 4th Day
On the fourth day of the Preparatory Course for Commanders and Staff Officers, the apprentices attended a lecture by Mr. Gabriel Valadares from the International Committee of the Red Cross. The lecture concerned topics on procedures in case of disasters, as well as the logistical and psychosocial aspects related to this kind of situation. The content of the topic enriches professionals and constitutes a new tool to understand the complex net involving those people affected by that context.
