Integration - CCOPAB celebrates the Sailor's day and the Air Force Infantry day
Aiming to honor the integration of the Brazilian Armed Forces, the Brazilian Peace Operations Joint Training Center celebrated the Sailor's day and the Air Force Infantry day on 13 December. CCOPAB’s members from the Brazilian Navy and the Brazilian Air Force received a souvenir for the date.
In honor of the anniversary of the birth of Admiral Joaquim Marques Lisboa, Marquis of Tamandaré and Patron of the Brazilian Navy, the Sailor's day is celebrated on 13 December. His military achievements serve as a model to everyone, especiallyto those who are always ready to defend the Brazilian coast.
On 11 December, the Air Force Infantry is celebrated for the date of creation of the first six companies of Guards Infantry, in 1941. The Air Force Infantry is a very important operational component to promote a safe environment, which is essential for the employment of the Air Force.
